A heart for a heart
Once upon a time you gave me your heart.
I refused to take it,
because I wasn't ready to start.
You begged and begged for me to be yours.
I threw you a fit
because I wasn't sure.
Finally you gave up on me.
I wasn't worth the wait.
It was then that I could see that I love you,
but it was too late.
That was the end of you and me.
There would never be another chance.
Together we will never be,
'cause at me you've taken your last glance.

Another one of my depressing poems. I really should write some more positive poems. Sorry the picture is not to good. I drew it in paint so it's not the best that I could do.
