Edward's arrival in Forks.

"I apalogize Edward." Leach is what we call evil vampires I never knew there were good ones. He thought.
If you truly mean no harm to the people here or me I will be glad to call your friend He thought and then barked the same answer so, the girl could understand.

Alisia looked at the other vampire with alarm. Was he really one like her? She had never seen such a thing. But she pushed that thought aside momentarily.
"I'll be your friend," she said to the wolf, for once, using a hospitible tone. "if you don't attack me again." Her eyes narrowed, then she dropped her death glare.

"Very well" Jacob barked.
"What is your name by the way?" He barked again.

"My name is Alisia. And yours?" She relaxed slightly, though she still wasn't sure if she could trust this creature.

"My name is Jacob." He barked.
"Tell me how did you come to not hunt Humans" He barked again.

"See this?" Alisia questioned. She then sent the broken tree trunk flying toward Jacob, right past his head. "I can control the elements. I came to experiment with different ones. I've lived in solitude for 50 years. I never humans after I was born so I just ate animals. Besides, humans are inspirational." She shrugged.

"I see, So do you honestyly not know what I am " Jacob barked.

"No. Should I?" She was puzzled.

Jacob looked at her puzzeled.
"One moment" He barked, and dashed behind a clup of trees and thick under brush.
After a few minutes He came back out in his human form.

"Werewolves" Devin said with disdain. "I've seen one before. . ." Edward wondered if they'd be able to he'd be able to leave. . .

"I am sorry Edward for trying to hurt you before. I honestly didn't know you were a.. Good.. vampire" jacob said stutering a bit on the good vampire poart.

"It's still not right of you to assume." Alisia gave a brief condescending look in Jacob's direction.
"What is it with you two, anyway? Why the hatred?" She glanced at the one called Edward, then to Jacob, then Edward again.

Jacob Looked at Alisia puzelled. "Umm don't take this the wrong way or anything because I do not mean any disrespect, but are you a new Born?"

"Though. . .this guy seems a bit different from the werewolves I met before" ((FYI: He's met the Children of the Moon, not these shape-shifters)) Edward keeps studying Jacob, mentally and physically.

Jacob looked at Edward. "what do you mean I'm different from the werewolves you have met before?"

"I mean, you smell different. Your eyes are different colors, and it's only a quarter-moon. The others I met only changed on the full moon." Now Edward is the puzzled one. Risking a chance, he looks over at the other vampire by him. But he quickly puts his attention back to the Wolf.

Jacob laughed. "Werewolves don't need the moon to change that's a myth."

"Maybe for you. . .but not for the ones I met. Were you. . .bitten to become a wolf?" Devin starts to fall further into confusion.

"No, I was born this way." jacob said confused.

"Then I don't think you're exactly a werewolf. . .maybe something else entirely. The other wolves I met in Asia, they called themselves the Children of the moon, and they kept in groups as small as two's or threes." Edward wonders if any of this information will help.

Jacob looked at Devin even m ore confuesed. "Well we usualy travel in a pack, but I'm the only were wolfe in the last 400 years."

"I suggest you go back to your home. See if anybody feels. . .sick." ((Fever))

"Well, it seems we're both different then most from our races. We're vegetarians, and you're some kind of. . .shape shifter." Devin says, as some memories flit through Jacob's head. He stops suddenly as he finds something. "You're not a werewolf though. . ."

"Wait.... Our races? How many more of us are there out there?" Alise asks.

"Vampires? A lot. More than there should be. The same for werewolves, actual ones anyway." Edward whispers. Had she not met very many others?

"Oh." The news took a few seconds for her to grasp.

"And these... Others. They're killing humans? How could they do that?"
